Mr. Pralhad Panhale – Chairman and Managing Director, Piyush Group of Companies

Founder, Ambitious, Visionary Chairman & Managing Director of Piyush Group of Companies. He is a Electrical Engineering graduate from renowned Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad (Mah) INDIA. After graduating in year 1982, he started his career by securing a job in Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB). Leaving job profile after few months he started taking up small sized civil contracts in Aurangabad region and acquired vast experience of civil projects during this tenure.

In 1994, he ventured Piyush Enterprises, a partnership firm. When Piyush enterprises started working on irrigation projects, very few companies were working in Marathawada region in this sector of construction industry. So, even with very less available experienced resources, he was able to achieve targets of successfully completing the projects in hand and keep his commitments.

With good rapport of project accomplishment in Irrigation& Water Resources Department of Maharashtra state, he gradually moved to well sized projects including pump houses, barrages, earthen dams, bridges , Canals, Railway over bridges & Railway lines. He has achieved a bench mark by accomplishing on 25% of barrages built on major and very important river Godavari in Maharashtra, 3 out of 12 and 2 more are in progress out of which one is on Godavari River and other is on Mahanadi River in Chhattisgarh.

Considering Construction project requirements, he also initiated another venture Piyush Structural Engineers Private Limited which deals exclusively with mechanical and fabrication work complementing projects undertaken by Piyush group. On the other hand, real estate acquiring and trading is another area of his keen interest, he initiated Piyush Realtor Private Limited company for the same. While working on Irrigation and Water Resources Department projects, he had also been involved in acquiring land and selling it.

With excellent project management and cost planning abilities aided with good liasoning skills, he has evolved from a small sized project construction firm to a reputed brand in construction industry. He is now being ably supported by his well educated son Mr. Piyush Panhale who has completed his M.S from USA in Construction Management. With the excellent vision of Mr. Pralhad Panhale & youth ideas of Mr. Piyush Panhale now the Piyush Group of Companies is eying towards exponential growth in future and creating benchmark in Construction industry.
